Processing Time:

Because our products are made to order, additional processing time is required to prepare each item individually before shipping.

All orders are processed and prepared within 5–7 days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped according to your selected shipping method.

Orders are delivered to customers in the United States using international and domestic shipping partners.

Shipping Methods, Cost, and Delivery Time:

Note: Delivery Time is the total time it takes for your order to be processed and shipped. It is calculated by adding the Processing Time (5–7 days) to the Shipping Time shown below.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Lost Or Missing Shipments:

If your order is not delivered within 30-45 days of purchase. Please contact us via email support@tendpins.com as soon as possible if this happens, we will make a refund or replace another product for you.

Important Notes:

  • Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
  • We do not ship to multi-address for a single order
  • We do not ship to the following address: Military Zone, Government Zone
